As Kuantum Özel Eğitim ve Etüt Merkezi, we act as the data controller when processing personal data within the scope of the Kuantum Admission Exam. Below you can find explanations regarding how we process personal data:

2. Is personal data transferred to third parties?

In order to fulfill the purposes stated above, personal data will be shared with suppliers (for example, companies providing information systems support) and, within the scope of our legal obligations and legal requests, with authorized institutions and organizations, in compliance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law during processing.

3. What are the methods and legal grounds for processing personal data?

We collect personal data through the systems we use to carry out the Uğur Admission Exam processes, by automated and partially automated methods. When processing personal data, we rely on the legal grounds of "the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right" and "the processing of personal data being mandatory for our legitimate interests," as set out in Article 5 of the Personal Data Protection Law.

4. How can I exercise my rights under Article 11 of the Law?

Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law grants certain rights to the relevant persons who are the owners of personal data. Certain procedures for exercising these rights have been established in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller (the "Communiqué").
